Enhance Home Health Services provides services to clients in their homes, in assisted living facilities and memory care facilities throughout the bay area. We provide excellent competitive pay rates for all positions.

We have an opening for:

Registered NursesMust have the appropriate state license. Experience in home health preferred, but we are always willing to train. Ability to assess and evaluate client needs, communicate with physicians, family, client and other staff members. Responsible for case management and supervision of LPN’s and CNA’s who may also be caring for the client. Must be a licensed driver or have adequate transportation to allow for travel to client locations.

Licensed Vocational NursesMust have the appropriate state license. Experience in home health preferred, but we are always willing to train. Ability to implement the plan of care as initiated by the Case Manager. Observe client for changes and communicate with other team members and the physician when necessary. Must be a licensed driver or have adequate transportation to allow for travel to client locations.

Physical TherapistMust have the appropriate state license. Experience in providing PT services in the home preferred, but not required. Must be a licensed driver or have adequate transportation to allow for travel to client locations.

Occupational TherapistMust have the appropriate state license. Experience in providing OT services in the home preferred, but not required. Must be a licensed driver or have adequate transportation to allow for travel to client locations

Speech TherapistMust have the appropriate state license. Experience in providing ST services in the home preferred, but not required. Must be a licensed driver or have adequate transportation to allow for travel to client locations.
